Change the surface while keeping the light source fixed
Use the same module layout, printed graphic and frame depth for each trial. Record the lining material, finish and coverage. Check the whole illuminated opening for bright bands and dark areas; a small material sample alone does not approve the assembled lightbox.
Keep trial materials clear of the components
Check that the lining does not cover lenses, obstruct connectors or reduce the approved cable and mounting space. Confirm material suitability for the assembly separately. Retest after changing the surface or light-source layout; we do not supply a universal reflector specification.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
Can a reflective lining replace an illumination trial?
No. Surface finish, geometry and the printed material form one assembly. Approve the complete lightbox rather than assuming any lining guarantees even illumination.
Before ordering
These are internal light sources, not complete lightboxes. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not apply that limit to other models.
