20W Rigid LED Light Box Bars – 2200lm, DC24V, 10-Pack+

20W rigid edge-lit LED bar for SEG fabric light boxes, illuminated exhibition graphics, retail displays and commercial signage. The 470mm DC24V module produces 2200 lumens ±10% with CRI 90+ and directs light inward from the frame edge through a 10° x 40° lens. It is sold in 10-, 50- or 100-bar packs for light box production, replacement stock and repeat installations.

Dimension note: 470 x 24 x 16mm; the 16mm overall height includes the optical lens.

Choose by tested output and layout

This module performs the same core side-lighting job as our other edge-lit bars. Its relevant selection points are the 470mm length, 20W power, 2200-lumen output and 10° x 40° lens. A higher wattage does not automatically make it the right choice: frame depth, internal width, bar spacing, reflective surfaces, graphic transmission and thermal conditions determine the final result.

Driver and connector planning

A compatible external DC24V constant-voltage driver is required and is not included. Size the driver, wiring and connectors for the complete connected load plus an appropriate design margin. Connector-family names do not guarantee matching pinout or polarity, so compare the actual wiring before power-up.

Test the actual light box before production

1. Measure the internal frame dimensions and depth.
2. Confirm that the 470mm bar, mounting points, connector and cable clearance fit the structure.
3. Test one-sided, opposing-side or multi-edge placement with the final graphic and reflective surfaces.
4. Adjust spacing after checking for bright edges, dark centers and corner shadows.
5. Verify driver capacity, polarity, ventilation and surface suitability before fixing the production layout.

A spacing near 50cm can be used only as an initial test point in some builds; it is not a universal installation rule. The optical lens guides the beam but cannot guarantee hotspot-free illumination in every frame.

Is this a replacement LED bar for any light box?

No universal replacement fit can be promised. Compare dimensions, DC24V input, wattage, optics, mounting points, connector, pinout and polarity with the existing system.

Does 16mm mean the aluminum plate thickness?

No. The 16mm measurement is the overall module height including the optical lens.

How many 20W bars does a light box need?

There is no reliable count based only on frame-edge length. Test the actual depth, graphic, reflective surfaces and required brightness.

Does the lens guarantee even illumination?

No. Uniformity depends on the complete light box, including module spacing, frame depth, reflections and graphic transmission.

Is the DC24V driver included?

No. Use a compatible constant-voltage driver sized for the total load and operating margin.
