Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the 21W and 25W arm lights?
The 21W is linkable (daisy chain up to 10 units) and has slightly lower output at 2100lm. The 25W is not linkable but delivers 3250lm — brighter per unit. Choose 21W when daisy chaining matters most; choose 25W when per-light brightness is the priority.
Is the 50W arm light worth the extra cost over the 25W?
For 10×10 booths, no — the 25W is sufficient and more cost-effective. For 10×20 or larger booths, or any island setup, the 50W’s 5500lm output and daisy chain capability make it the better investment. The cost difference is small relative to total booth costs.
Which lights are ETL listed?
The 21W Linkable, 25W Display Arm, and 50W Linkable are all ETL listed. ETL listing is required at most major US trade show venues. If you exhibit at McCormick Place, LVCC, or OCCC, choose one of these three models.
Can I mix different wattage lights in the same booth?
Yes. Many exhibitors use 50W or 35W lights for the backwall graphic zone and 21W linkable lights for the product shelving zone. Mixing wattages lets you optimize brightness and power draw for each zone independently.
