Brightness & Performance

Will trade show booth lights be bright enough for my display?

Yes — and this is the first thing most of our customers worry about. For a standard 3×3m booth, our clients typically use 2–4 lights to create a clear focal point. If you want stronger visual impact, 4 units is usually the safer choice — it gives you full coverage without any dark corners. Our lights are designed for focused brightness, not flat ambient light, so your key products stand out immediately. Not sure what you need? Tell us your booth size and we'll suggest the exact setup.

What makes exhibition booth lights different from standard hall lighting?

Most exhibition halls use overhead flood lighting — flat, unfocused, and identical for every booth on the floor. Our lights are directional (spotlight effect), fully adjustable in angle, and designed specifically for product highlighting. Hall lighting makes your booth visible. Our lighting makes it stand out. You can also check our full range of LED arm lights to see the beam angle options available.

Will the light flicker? Is it suitable for booth photography and video?

No visible flicker. Our lights are suitable for photography and video recording — important if you're showcasing products or creating content at the booth.

Does it get hot during long exhibition days?

There will be some warmth after several hours — this is normal for high-brightness lighting — but it's well within safe operating levels. We recommend proper spacing between lights for best performance and comfort during long show days.

Choosing the Right Setup

How many lights do I need for a trade show booth?

It depends on your booth size and what you're displaying. From our experience working with thousands of exhibitors:

  • 3×3m booth: most clients use 2–4 lights. For stronger impact, 4 is the safer choice.
  • 3×6m booth: 4–6 lights, focused on key product zones.
  • Larger booths: we plan based on focal areas, not just square footage.
What matters more than quantity is placement and angle. A well-aimed 2-light setup often outperforms a poorly placed 6-light setup. We're happy to help you plan it — just send us your booth dimensions.

What color temperature is best for exhibition displays?

We offer 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K options.

  • 3000K (warm white) — Good for wood, textiles, food, lifestyle products. Creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • 4000K (neutral white) — Versatile, works for most booth types. Our most popular choice.
  • 5000K (cool white) — Ideal for electronics, modern displays, technical products.
When in doubt, go 4000K. It's the safe choice that works in almost any exhibition environment without skewing your product colors.

What area can one exhibition light cover?

It depends on mounting height and beam angle. As a rough guide, one light effectively highlights 1–2 square meters. For stronger impact, we recommend overlapping coverage on key products — this is what creates the premium, retail-store look that draws visitors in.

Installation & Compatibility

Is trade show booth lighting easy to install without an electrician?

No electrician needed. Most of our customers install everything themselves in minutes. The light comes with a clamp or mounting system and is essentially plug-and-play. If you can assemble flat-pack furniture, you can set up our booth lights. Most of our clamp arm lights are designed for tool-free installation on standard booth frames.

Will exhibition lights fit my booth frame structure?

In most cases, yes. Our clamp is designed to fit standard exhibition structures including aluminum frames, panels, and shelves. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your booth and we'll confirm for you before you order.

Can I adjust the angle and direction of the booth light?

Yes, fully adjustable. The head pivots and rotates so you can focus the light on exactly what you want to highlight. Even a small angle change can make a significant difference in how your display looks — this flexibility is one of the main reasons exhibitors choose dedicated booth lights over fixed lighting.

What voltage does it support? Will it work internationally?

Our lights support AC85–265V, so they work in most countries worldwide without an adapter. If you have a specific plug type requirement, we can provide the correct version for your market.

Certification & Safety

Are your booth lights certified for trade show venues?

Yes. All our lights carry UL, ETL, CE, UKCA, FCC, and SAA certification — covering trade show venues in the US, Europe, the UK, and Australia. We made this a baseline requirement because our customers exhibit all over the world and shouldn't have to worry about being turned away at the venue on setup day. If your venue requires specific documentation, contact us and we'll provide it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our manufacturing facility in China. Factory direct means no middleman, no extra handling — and better pricing for you.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 8–18 business days depending on production schedule and destination. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. If your show date is approaching, contact us and we'll confirm your order window honestly.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is provided for all orders. You'll receive your tracking number once your order ships via FedEx or DHL Express.

Are duties and taxes included?

Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle all duties and customs clearance on our end. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final amount.

How fast can you ship? Will I receive it before my exhibition date?

We understand timing is critical — missing a show because of a late delivery is not an option. Typical lead times:

  • In stock items: 3–5 business days
  • Production orders: approximately 8–18 days
If your deadline is tight, let us know your show date upfront and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it — and suggest the fastest available option if needed.

Is it safe for repeated transport between trade shows?

We use reinforced packaging to protect the lights, especially the arm sections. Like any metal product, minor surface marks can occasionally occur during shipping — but structural damage is very rare. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

Pricing, Warranty & Customization

How long do LED trade show booth lights last?

Our lights are rated for 30,000–50,000 hours. At 200 hours of use per year (20 shows × 10 hours), that's well over a decade of reliable performance. We also provide warranty support — if there's any issue, contact us and we'll help you resolve it.

Why are exhibition booth lights more expensive than regular lights?

Fair question. You're not just paying for a light — you're paying for better focus and beam control, an adjustable structure built for repeated pack-and-unpack use, proper safety certification for trade show venues, and higher visual impact at your booth. For most clients, even a small increase in booth traffic pays for the lights many times over at a single show.

Do you offer bulk pricing for exhibition companies and distributors?

Yes. We offer better pricing for larger quantities, especially for exhibition service companies, exhibit houses, distributors, and repeat buyers. See our wholesale & volume pricing or contact us directly for a quote.

Can you customize booth lights with our branding or specifications?

Yes. We support OEM & ODM customization including color options (black/silver), power configurations, and branding (logo). MOQ may apply depending on the request. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Real-World Results & After-Sales

Will the lights look as good in person as they do in your photos?

We only use real booth photos and actual lit product shots — no studio tricks or post-processing to exaggerate brightness. What you see is what you get on the show floor. That said, the final result also depends on your booth graphics, product colors, and mounting position. If you want to see how our lights perform in a setup similar to yours, send us your booth details and we'll share relevant reference photos from past customers.

What happens if a light stops working — especially during a show?

Our lights are built for reliability, but we know that peace of mind matters just as much as specs. Here's what we offer:

  • 2–3 Year Warranty depending on the model
  • Fast customer support — reach us by email or WhatsApp, typically within 24 hours
  • Spare parts available for most models
If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll work quickly to resolve it — replacement, repair guidance, or spare parts, depending on the situation.

Why should I buy from you instead of Amazon?

Fair question — and one worth answering directly. Here's the difference:

  • Factory direct pricing — no middleman markup. You pay less for the same or better quality.
  • Professional exhibition lighting expertise — we work exclusively with exhibitors and know what actually works on the show floor.
  • OEM & ODM and bulk orders supported — need custom specs, branding, or large quantities? We can do it. Amazon sellers typically can't.
  • Direct after-sales support — you talk to us, not a third-party seller with no accountability.
Amazon is convenient for standard products. For professional exhibition lighting where performance and support matter, buying direct gives you better value and a team that actually knows your use case.
