How Many Modules Do You Need?

This is a side-lit module (360mm long) — installed inside the lightbox frame along the edges, facing inward. Quantity is based on the length of each frame edge where modules will be mounted.

Important: Do not calculate by lightbox area. Measure the inner edge length and space modules no more than 40cm apart for hotspot-free results.

Tip: Install on opposite edges (top + bottom or left + right) for best uniformity. For large lightboxes, all four sides are recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do lightbox LED modules need a directional lens?

Without a directional lens, LED light scatters in all directions — most of it is wasted on the frame walls and housing rather than reaching the fabric panel. The precision lenses on this module concentrate and direct all usable light in a single controlled beam aimed inward across the fabric panel, maximizing efficiency and producing the uniform, edge-to-edge brightness that professional trade show displays require.

What optic lens angle does this module use?

The standard configuration ships with a 20°×60° elliptical optic lens, suitable for most SEG lightbox installations. Custom optic angles (14°×47° and 9°×50°) are available on request — see the Key Features section above for details.

Does a DC24V driver come included?

No. A DC24V constant voltage driver is required and sold separately. Calculate total wattage (number of modules × 10W) and select a driver rated at least 20% above that total.
