10W Slim Edge-Lit LED Lightbox Bar – 360mm, 9°×50° Lens

10W slim edge-lit LED bar for SEG fabric light boxes, trade show graphic walls and commercial backlit displays. The 360mm DC24V module directs light inward from the frame edge through a 9° x 50° lens, producing 1100 lumens with CRI 90+. It is sold in 10-, 50- or 100-bar packs for new builds, replacements and repeat display projects.

Dimension note: 360 x 23 x 16mm; the 16mm overall height includes the optical lens.

This bar performs the same core side-lighting job as our other edge-lit modules. Its relevant distinctions are the 360mm length, 10W power, 1100-lumen output and 9° x 50° lens. Do not select it by brand name alone: frame depth, internal width, reflective surfaces, graphic transmission and bar spacing determine whether it suits a specific light box.

Driver and wiring requirements

A compatible external DC24V constant-voltage driver is required and is not included. The published configuration lists up to six compatible modules per run. This is a product-specific ceiling, not a guarantee for every installation. Six 10W modules create a 60W nominal load before design margin; verify driver capacity, cable size, connector pinout, polarity, voltage drop and operating conditions.

Test the actual light box before production

1. Measure the internal frame dimensions and depth.
2. Confirm that the 360mm bar, mounting points and 5557 connector fit the planned structure.
3. Test one-sided or opposing-side placement and spacing with the final reflective surfaces and graphic.
4. Power the test layout with a correctly sized DC24V driver and verify polarity.
5. Inspect the illuminated face for bright edges, dark zones and visible spacing before fixing the production layout.

The asymmetric 9° × 50° lens directs light across the panel so the front graphic can appear evenly illuminated without visible hotspots when the bars are correctly spaced and installed in a compatible frame.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a replacement LED bar for any light box?

This module is designed for most aluminum-frame light boxes and the most commonly used installation method. For a special frame, mounting arrangement or custom requirement, please contact us before ordering.

Does 16mm mean the aluminum plate thickness?

No. The 16mm measurement is the overall module height including the optical lens.

Will the 9° x 50° lens remove all hotspots?

This is a side-lit module. Light enters from the edge of the frame, helping the fabric graphic appear evenly illuminated without visible hotspots on the front face.

Can six bars always share one driver?

The maximum designed series connection is six bars. In actual use, choose the number of connected bars according to the driver capacity, wiring, voltage drop, installation layout and required design margin.

Is a DC24V driver included?

No. A compatible constant-voltage driver is required and is not included. If you need us to supply a driver, it can be provided at an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
