Modular DC Plug LED Bars for Light Box Edge Lighting
These DC24V modular LED light bars use plug connections to simplify compatible light-box wiring. Mount them along the inside edge of an advertising light box, SEG fabric display or illuminated frame and choose the bar length that fits each frame section. Customer-visible summary fields use the 3W model as a representative value; use the table and selected Length & Power variant for the exact wattage, lumen output, LED count and dimensions.

DC Plug Connection
The plug system can reduce soldering and speed up assembly or replacement when the mating connectors and wiring harness are compatible. It does not guarantee plug-and-play operation with every DC24V light box. Before combining bars, verify connector type and pinout, polarity, cable rating, driver capacity and voltage drop.
Different lengths may be used in one planned system only after the complete electrical load and connection arrangement have been checked. Use no more than five bars in one daisy chain, and confirm the final safe count from the driver, cable rating, feed points, voltage drop and installation conditions.
Installation Planning
- Measure the clear length, depth and mounting surface inside the frame.
- Select 143mm, 270.5mm and/or 398mm bars for the available sections.
- Test the layout with the final graphic rather than assuming a specific length will illuminate a fixed display size.
- Add the wattage of every connected bar and size the driver, cable and feed points with suitable reserve.
- Disconnect power before installation and verify polarity and connector fit before energizing.
Compliance and Pack Contents
Available certifications for this product include ETL/UL, CE, UKCA and RoHS. For a regulated project, request the applicable documents and confirm that the exact ordered configuration and destination are covered.
The selected option contains one length/power and one fixed color-temperature range. A DC24V driver is not included. Confirm required mating cables, connectors and mounting hardware separately.
