7W 200mm Mini LED Light Box Bar

This compact 200mm side-lit LED bar delivers 770lm from 7W for small SEG fabric light boxes, narrow aluminum frames, menu boards and space-limited illuminated displays. It installs along a frame edge and directs light toward the graphic with a standard 20°×60° optical lens.

Compact Side Lighting for Short Frame Sections

The 200mm format offers a little more length and output than the 157mm 6W module while serving the same general perimeter-lighting purpose. Choose between them according to available mounting space, desired output, lens geometry and connector arrangement rather than treating them as unrelated systems.

Layout and Power Planning

Install the bars on selected frame edges with the lenses facing the graphic. The required quantity and spacing depend on frame width, height and depth, diffuser transmission, graphic material and target brightness. Test the intended assembly before production rather than applying a fixed spacing rule or assuming a particular number of illuminated edges.

Use a compatible DC24V constant-voltage power supply sized for the total connected wattage with appropriate headroom. Confirm connector polarity, cable rating and permitted bars per run before wiring.

Standard and Custom Optical Options

Retail variants use the standard 20°×60° lens. Narrower 14°×47° or 9°×50° optical versions may be available for qualifying custom orders; confirm the target lens, minimum quantity and lead time before ordering.

Select one fixed color-temperature range and a 10-, 50- or 100-pack. This model is suited to compact trade show frames, small advertising light boxes, illuminated menu boards, retail display panels and portable exhibits where longer bars are difficult to position.
