Assign a module model to each drawing position
Mark mounting edges, available length, connectors and feed points. List quantities by exact model and white-light option. A pack size is an ordering unit, not a lighting layout; test the assembled frame with its final graphic.
Add the load of each powered group
For example, 2×20W plus 1×45W is 85W nominal load before design margin. This is a load example, not a recommended optical layout. Confirm driver capacity, cable rating and voltage drop for each group before assembly.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W edge-lit bar: 470mm, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° lens.
- 45W edge-lit bar: 958mm, DC24V, 4400lm ±10% and 14°×47° lens.
- Modular DC-plug bars: 3W/6W/9W, DC24V, lengths 143mm/270.5mm/398mm and 15°×60° lens.
Can one connection limit cover every LED bar?
No. Use each model's published limit and the complete electrical design. Mixed bar lengths or a shared voltage do not establish a safe connection count.
Before ordering
These are internal sources, not finished lightboxes. Verify DC24V power, pinout and polarity. The highlighted modular DC-plug family allows at most 5 bars per chain after load and cable checks; do not apply that limit automatically to the other bars. External drivers are not included with these selections.
