Check Arabic and English graphics in the assembled lightbox
Use the customer’s actual bilingual artwork rather than a plain white test face. Inspect fine Arabic strokes, small English text and dark logo fields from the intended viewing distance. On long wayfinding panels, check the ends and the center separately. Select bar length and layout after this test; extra wattage alone cannot correct uneven illumination or poor graphic contrast.
Specify a serviceable kit for repeated retail installations
For a multi-store proposal, record the frame drawing, fixed color temperature, LED model, connector polarity and driver specification in one parts list. Leave access to wiring and replaceable bars without disturbing the printed face. Compare a compact sample with the largest planned panel before standardizing the kit. Keep replacement parts matched to the approved build rather than mixing different light sources within one cabinet.
Choose the light source for the display
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 45W DC24V high-output edge-lit bar: 958mm, 4400lm ±10%, for large lightbox frames; a compatible external driver is required and not included.
Are these LED modules for digital screens or outdoor signs?
They illuminate a printed graphic inside a compatible lightbox; they are not video-display modules. Outdoor, heat or moisture suitability is not implied. Check the exact product rating, enclosure and installation conditions before specifying any exposed application.

Confirm cabinet depth, graphic material, mounting space, LED spacing and connection limits. These are DC24V components: use a compatible external driver and verify its mains input for the installation. The 45W bar requires an external driver, which is not included. Check product pack sizes before ordering.
