Evaluate synthetic media as an illuminated print
PAMEX's exhibitor directory lists YUPO synthetic paper and backlit applications. This supports a print-material selection topic; it does not establish compatibility with a particular frame or LED bar. Compare an unprinted patch, a solid ink area and fine text on the same sample in your own or builder-approved indoor proof box.
Compare LED Modules for your test frame
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 12W/18W DC24V MODULAP lightbox module: 470mm edge-lighting format for compatible fabric frames; verify the connector and fit.

Can I judge a backlit print under room light?
Inspect it both unlit and illuminated. Reflective appearance alone does not establish transmitted-light contrast. Keep the chosen fixed CCT, graphic, frame and LED layout unchanged when comparing ink or media samples; approve the finished illuminated print.
Does water-resistant print media make the LED system outdoor-ready?
No. The material's stated properties do not determine the LED bar, connector or driver protection. Select components for their own specified environment. The featured IP20 bar requires indoor use; a bus-shelter media application does not qualify it for an outdoor cabinet.
What should a synthetic-print lightbox trial order include?
Send the exact media code, printing process and sample photos, plus the frame section and mounting clearances. Match DC24V, driver load, connector polarity and product-specific connection limits. These LEDs illuminate the finished print; they are not UV-curing equipment or an ink-certification system.
