Label separate edge-lit and rear-lit demonstrations
Use clearly identified assemblies to show the lighting method. The mini and DC-plug bars mount at the frame edge; the dual-CCT bar faces the graphic from behind. Label the actual model, voltage and connector. Do not mix their wiring because the samples share a workbench.
Keep a parts record for repeat demonstrations
Record the driver, wiring and approved control with each sample. The dual-CCT bar offers two specified white channels; intermediate blending needs a compatible channel-mixing controller. Disconnect power before exchanging bars or changing the demonstration wiring.

Does a small workshop sample establish the production quantity?
No. It demonstrates a selected method. A larger lightbox needs its own review of size, depth, material transmission and spacing. Keep sample parts separate from a quotation for a finished production layout.

The highlighted 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; this is not a limit for every demo.
