Plan the lightbox around its dismantling joints
A portable illuminated display can look good before packing yet develop a dark seam after rebuilding. Mark each frame section, LED position and cable route on a drawing. Assemble the actual printed face, check the joins and corners, then repeat the check after one packing and rebuilding cycle. Send the face width and height, section drawing, clear depth, single- or double-sided layout, printed fabric sample and driver location. Identify the DC24V supply, connectors and removable cable points. Record actual watts per run and the selected driver's limits. Keep a spare of the approved bar and connector arrangement for rebuilds; a matching plug shape does not confirm polarity or electrical compatibility.
