Hardlines Supplier Event LED Modules for Product-Mounted Lightboxes

Building a custom product-display lightbox for Hardlines Supplier Event, or searching for National Hardware Show lightbox lighting? This selection helps exhibit fabricators plan internal LED bars when printed brand graphics share a display with shelves, hooks or product holders. Start with the assembled display geometry: a bright empty graphic can develop dark areas once merchandise and supporting hardware are installed.

Plan LED lighting around shelves, hooks and support rails

Mark the intended merchandise, shelf brackets, support rails and cable routes on a section drawing before choosing edge-lit LED modules. Keep lens paths and service access clear. A bar that fits the perimeter can still direct light into an internal bracket or blocked cavity. Test with the actual printed face and the heaviest planned display arrangement; keep structural supports separate from the LED mounting plan.

Compare the illuminated graphic with the products installed

Photograph the same test panel first without merchandise, then with its planned shelves and product holders. Keep the viewing position and exposure consistent so obstruction shadows are easier to compare. Check small logos, pale backgrounds and graphic areas behind brackets. If an obstruction creates a dark band, review the support position, reflective interior and LED direction before increasing wattage. Evaluate the final assembly from the aisle as well as close up.

Can I add shelves to a backlit fabric wall without creating shadows?

The result depends on the support structure and its position relative to the LEDs and graphic. Specify a frame designed to carry the products; the textile graphic and LED bars are not structural shelf supports. Test the installed merchandise and internal brackets together. These separately sold LED bars do not establish fit with an existing rental frame, a Matrix system or another supplier's lighting.

Before ordering

Confirm usable internal depth, clear perimeter sections, graphic transmission, support locations, connector pinout and polarity. Select one fixed CCT for each continuous graphic. Use a compatible external DC24V constant-voltage driver sized for the actual load, cable ratings and permitted run length. The collection contains internal light sources; it does not supply a complete booth, shelves or a printed graphic.

Send a section drawing with the shelf and support positions, illuminated width and height, internal depth, connector photos and required quantity. We can help compare the 26 LED Modules products below for a prototype and repeat builds. For a hired display, first confirm who owns the frame and whether component changes are permitted.
