Compare the print under the lighting it will use
Mount the same textile print in the intended frame, then inspect pale areas, dense ink coverage and gradients. Keep the chosen CCT and module type consistent within a sample when comparing fabrics. CRI90+ is a useful product specification, but the graphic material, ink transmission and surrounding hall light still change what visitors see; approve a physical sample rather than the screen preview.
Choose the light source for the display
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 12W/18W DC24V MODULAP lightbox module: 470mm edge-lighting format for compatible fabric frames; verify the connector and fit.
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 45W DC24V high-output edge-lit bar: 958mm, 4400lm ±10%, for large lightbox frames; a compatible external driver is required and not included.
Can more powerful LED bars fix an uneven backlit print?
Not by themselves. A dark center or visible edge bands may require changes to spacing, frame depth, reflective surfaces or bar positions. The 470mm rigid bar and 958mm high-output bar serve different layouts; test the actual graphic before choosing quantity.
Before ordering
LED Modules are internal light sources, not complete lightboxes. Confirm frame depth, graphic material, bar spacing, connector polarity and DC24V driver capacity; test a sample for hotspots and dark areas. For arm lights, verify the exact input, plug, clamp and venue requirements. Follow the selected model’s connection limits.
