Keep supports outside the illuminated graphic
Draw the counter top, internal supports and graphic opening together. Trial the module layout with the actual printed fabric fitted. Check whether braces, stored items or mounting parts cast shadows. Do not remove structural supports to solve an illumination problem.
Route the cable beneath the counter
Confirm a cable path that avoids moving panels, storage contents and handling points. Allow room for the selected connector and strain relief. For the profile family, confirm the wire exit before ordering. A module fitting the frame does not confirm the complete counter is safe or compatible.

- 7W mini edge-lit bar: 200×23×16mm, DC24V, 770lm and standard 20°×60° optics; verify available mounting and removal space.
- 10W DC-plug edge-lit bar: 360×26×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° optics and dual-end DC sockets.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° optics; specify length and wire exit.
Does a short LED bar automatically fit a lightbox counter?
No. Check mounting clearance, optical position and the full cable route in the assembled counter. Approve the actual frame section and graphic before repeat fabrication.

These are internal light sources, not complete retail fixtures. Disconnect power before service. Verify DC24V, load, connector pinout and polarity; confirm power and hardware separately. The featured 10W DC-plug bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks. Do not transfer the limit to other models.
