Record the complete approved assembly
Keep the frame depth, printed substrate, graphic mounting, LED model, bar layout and control setting together in the reference record. Photograph the actual illuminated face in the agreed viewing conditions. An approved print file alone does not document the finished lightbox appearance.
Compare production changes against the same reference
If the substrate, source model or white-light setting changes, rebuild and approve the comparison sample. The dual-CCT bar is direct backlighting and needs separate compatible control. Do not treat identical artwork as proof of identical illumination across different assemblies.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can the LED bar alone serve as the finished lightbox approval sample?
No. Approve the assembled frame, printed face and source setting together. Keep the component record with the physical reference so later substitutions can be reviewed against the same conditions.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
