Tri-State Sign Expo connects regional sign fabricators and suppliers. For independent indoor lightbox builds, compare the physical orientation of each LED bar before approving its mounting layout. Browse all LED Modules below against the actual frame and printed face.
Mark the lens face and cable exit on the layout
Identify the emitting lens face, connector position and cable exit for the exact candidate. Keep those marks on the frame drawing and unpowered sample. Turning a bar to clear a cable does not establish an acceptable optical layout; check the manufacturer information and the complete build for the proposed orientation.
Retest orientation changes in the assembled lightbox
Check physical clearance and the approved mounting method without power. Have qualified personnel verify fixing, pinout and wiring before an illuminated trial. Record the source orientation and the appearance of the actual printed face. If the orientation changes, repeat the complete sample review rather than assuming the previous light pattern will remain unchanged.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Can a bar be turned without reviewing the illuminated result?
Do not assume so. A changed physical orientation needs its own fit, mounting and illuminated sample review. Lens angle numbers alone do not prove the result of a different installation orientation.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
