Identify the units on every drawing and component record
Label frame and source dimensions with their units. Convert the usable internal dimensions into the same units as the selected LED model, keeping the original values with the drawing. Include connectors, cable exits and mounting hardware in the clearance review; the external frame size alone does not establish a fit.
Check the physical sample after the conversion
Compare the exact product dimensions against the frame supplier’s documented tolerances and available mounting space. Do not round a converted dimension into a promised fit. Check an unpowered sample first, then have qualified personnel verify mounting and wiring before an illuminated trial. Retain the original drawing, converted dimensions and sample observations with the quote.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does converting the dimensions prove an LED bar fits?
No. Matching units allows a meaningful comparison, but physical clearance, tolerances, connectors and mounting details still need checking in the actual frame. Approve the configuration using the assembled sample.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
