Match the light source to the illuminated surface
An edge-lit bar mounts inside the frame and directs light across the graphic. Direct-backlight bars and panels face the material from behind. Compare textile graphics and translucent stone separately; a source that suits one sample is not automatically suitable for another.
Approve the actual material at the planned distance
Test the final fabric or stone with the intended cavity depth. Inspect visible LED points, dark zones and color shifts. Record the chosen source, white-light setting and layout with the approved sample before setting production quantities.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 13W edge-lit bar: 360mm, DC24V, 1430lm and 15°×60° lens for tested frame-edge lighting.
- 12W dual-CCT direct-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; choose the two white channels.
- Flexible stone-backlight panel: 480×240mm, DC24V, 24W fixed white or 48W tunable white, with 120° beam.
Does a dual-CCT bar produce every white-light setting?
Each variant has two specified white-light channels. Intermediate blending needs a compatible controller that supports channel mixing; it is not a feature of every switch.
Before ordering
These are internal sources, not finished displays. Verify DC24V power and wiring. The dual-CCT bar excludes driver, switch and controller. For the stone panel, check the selected accessory bundle; the 48W tunable version needs compatible CCT control. Cut only on the marked 20×20mm grid.
