Approve the actual fixing pattern before machining
Use a dimensioned drawing or the exact module sample to locate fixings. The featured 7W side-lit module offers square or round fixing-hole options; confirm the ordered configuration. A product photograph is not a drilling template. Do not transfer hole spacing from another wattage or housing.
Check clearance with the module and cable fitted
Trial-fit the lens, fasteners and connector in the frame. The compact 12W bar is 313×23×16mm including its lens. The profile family has a 40.7mm-wide, 17mm-high housing; its standard 32cm lead exits at the left end on the bottom side. Confirm a different exit before ordering.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 7W side-lit optical module: DC24V, 770lm ±10%, standard 9°×50° lens and 2-pin connection; confirm square or round fixing holes.
- Aluminum-profile edge-lit family: 22W/25W/32W, DC24V, 40.7×17mm housing and 14°×47° lens; specify length and wire exit.
- 12W compact edge-lit bar: 313×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1200lm ±10%, 9°×50° lens and 2-pin plug.
Does the same bar length prove the mounting pattern matches?
No. Compare the actual hole geometry, housing, fixing method and cable exit. Keep the approved drawing and ordered model together before repeat fabrication.
