Identify the installed part before buying replacements
Record the existing bar model, dimensions, lens, white-light range and connector photos. Add the frame reference and approved replacement to each service record. Similar wattage or DC24V input does not make two modules interchangeable; check the mounting and optical layout.
Keep repeat orders consistent across serviced frames
Separate spare stock by approved model and color-temperature option. Confirm pack quantity and mating cables when reordering. If the original model changes, test the proposed substitute with the existing frame and graphic before adding it to the service register.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 10W DC-plug bar: 360mm, DC24V, 1000lm ±10%, 15°×45° lens and dual-end DC sockets; verify plug dimensions.
- Compact 12W bar: 313mm, DC24V, 1200lm ±10%, 9°×50° lens and 2-pin connection.
- 18W edge-lit bar: 585mm, DC24V, 1800lm, 14°×50° lens and Molex 5557-family connection; verify pinout.
Can any DC24V bar replace an installed module?
No. Check lens, dimensions, mounting, connector pinout and polarity, plus the tested white-light appearance. Shared voltage alone is not a replacement specification.

These are internal light sources, not complete lightboxes. Confirm the existing driver and total load. The highlighted 10W DC-plug and 12W compact bars allow at most 6 bars per run, subject to cable and load checks; do not apply that limit automatically to another model.
