Group store frames by dimensions and lighting method
Keep a model list and tested layout for each frame format. Edge-lit bars face inward from the frame perimeter; direct-backlight bars face the graphic from behind. Different store sizes or cavity depths need separate review, not an automatic copy of one module count.
Approve a pilot display before the wider rollout
Test the final print under the intended shop lighting. Record the white-light option, layout and required accessories. Fixed-white bars retain the ordered range; dual-CCT bars have two specified white channels. Intermediate blending needs a compatible channel-mixing controller.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 14W edge-lit bar: 313mm, DC24V, 1540lm, 10°×40° lens and 2-pin connection; one fixed white-light range.
- 27.5W optical edge-lit bar: 710mm, DC24V, 3300lm, 14°×47° lens and 2-pin Molex-family connection.
- 12W dual-CCT direct-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; choose the white-light pair.
Can every store receive the same lightbox module quantity?
Only when the approved frame format and layout match. Recheck a changed size, depth or print material before applying the quantities to another shop.
Before ordering
These are internal sources, not finished retail lightboxes. Verify DC24V power, load, pinout and polarity. External drivers are excluded for these selections; the dual-CCT switch or controller is also separate. For the 27.5W bar, plan no more than 4 per chain and confirm the final electrical arrangement.
