Which LED connectors should I choose for a portable lightbox?
Start with the selected bar’s connector specification and your assembly plan. Identify which connections stay inside the frame and which are disconnected for transport. Choose matching components and provide cable support so assembly does not pull on the LED bar’s wiring.
Can I mix different LED connector types in one lightbox?
Do not assume they fit or have the same pin assignment. Check housing, contacts, polarity, current requirements and cable arrangement for every connection. Any adapter needs a verified wiring plan; it does not change the bar’s electrical requirements.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does a similar-looking connector prove an LED replacement will work?
No. Mechanical fit, electrical requirements, optical layout and the product’s connector specification must all be checked. No direct replacement compatibility with DSA displays is claimed.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
