Which LEDs suit a printed lightbox arch?
Compare edge-lit and rear-backlight layouts for each upright and top section. Use the actual print, face material and usable depth; different arch members may need different source positions.
How do corner joints affect the LED layout?
Check corner shadows, separate cavities and accessible cable routes with the builder. Test the assembled arch rather than one straight sample; these LEDs do not provide structural support.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
What information should I send before ordering?
Send sections of each arch member, finished graphics, joint details, mounting clearances and supply specifications. These are internal printed-lightbox sources, not spotlights for presenters or parts for a demo screen.
Before ordering
For the three featured bars: Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
