ASCO Annual Meeting LED Modules for Locking Lightbox Counter Access

Preparing a printed backlit counter for an independent ASCO Annual Meeting exhibit? This selection focuses on the internal light source where a lockable counter also needs workable access to its lighting components. Compare all 26 LED Modules products against your own counter drawing and sample.

Check the door and latch movement before fixing the LED positions

Show the door's opening arc, hinge, latch and locking mechanism on the counter section alongside the proposed module fasteners and connector. Check the cable route through the full door movement, including the closed and latched position. A bar that fits behind the graphic with the door open may obstruct the latch or leave a cable trapped when the counter closes. Plan access to the external supply without treating a locking storage compartment as an approved place for every electrical component.

Test illumination with the finished counter closed

Fit the actual printed face and intended backing, then close and latch the counter before evaluating the proposed LED layout. Record whether an internal shelf, latch plate or cable creates a shadow on the graphic. Repeat the access and closure check after changing a source, fastener or wiring position, and retain the accepted closed-counter configuration with the component list. Review a removable graphic panel separately from the storage door; opening one does not establish that the other provides a practical lighting service route.

Does selecting an LED module establish the safety or compatibility of a locking counter?

No. The module is an internal light source, not a lock, counter structure or proprietary-frame replacement approval. Check the actual counter's mounting and electrical requirements independently. An ASCO exhibit application does not qualify these components for clinical, examination or medical-device lighting.

Before ordering

Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.

Send the counter section, door and latch drawing, cable route and printed-face sample to discuss a suitable LED component trial.
