Aluvision Academy LED Modules for Lightbox Assembly Handoffs

Aluvision Academy offers structured modular-system training and hands-on learning. For teams developing their own indoor lightboxes, compare all LED Modules below and prepare assembly information that another team member can follow.

Document the component installation

Show the frame section, LED mounting points, bar orientation and cable route. Name the selected model and connector, and distinguish supplied parts from separate power and controls. Keep the drawing and parts record together so an assembler can identify the intended configuration rather than infer it from a finished display photo.

Use the evaluated build for the team handoff

Assemble a complete sample with the actual graphic. Record illumination observations, connector access and the order in which removable parts are fitted. Include photos of the internal arrangement before closing the frame. If the production team changes a component or mounting position, review that change rather than treating the original sample approval as universal.

Does Academy training certify these modules for Aluvision systems?

No. This collection supports independent component enquiries, not supplier certification or authorized replacement status. No universal Aluvision compatibility is claimed. Confirm the exact mechanical and electrical arrangement before proposing parts for an existing proprietary display.

Before ordering

Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.

Send the assembly drawing, parts record, candidate models, internal photos and sample observations through our contact page.
