Planning an illuminated graphic after researching printing at Vietnam PrintPack? This collection helps print shops compare internal lightbox LED modules using the actual printed sample. Hybrid UV printing can combine white ink, colour and clear effects; the finished print needs a separate backlit approval.
Approve the printed face with the proposed LED layout
Keep the intended ink layers, substrate and protective finish in the trial. Place that sample at the proposed distance from the DC24V light bars. Judge transmitted colour and uniformity together before approving the lighting bill of materials.
Compare LED Modules for your test frame
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 12W/18W DC24V MODULAP lightbox module: 470mm edge-lighting format for compatible fabric frames; verify the connector and fit.
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 7W DC24V compact lightbox bar: 200mm, 770lm, 200×23×16mm body for short frame sections. Check the Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. connector family, mating pinout and fit before replacement.
Will more LED power fix an opaque white layer?
Do not assume it will. Compare print samples with the print supplier and confirm which areas are intended to transmit light. Revisit the artwork and layer specification before increasing lighting power.
Can a window graphic become a lightbox face automatically?
No. Confirm the substrate and printed layers are suitable for a backlit frame. A printer offering illuminated-sign applications does not make every opaque board, window film or packaging sample appropriate.
What should accompany the production order?
Keep the approved print sample, layer order, face-to-LED distance and selected module layout together. Repeat the check when the material or print recipe changes; specify the separate DC24V supply and connectors for the final assembly.
Before ordering
LED Modules illuminate a printed face inside a lightbox; they are not complete signs. Confirm connector polarity, driver capacity, thermal conditions and connection limits. Check the selected bar length and product pack quantity. Do not assume outdoor or moisture suitability from a retrofit application.
Send cabinet photos, internal dimensions, frame drawings, the existing driver specification and proposed product links through our contact page to discuss a trial selection.
