Test the logo with the surrounding light
Use the actual transmitting face, print and enclosure. Compare the logo with the lightbox off and on, under the intended ambient light, from the same viewing position. Record white areas, coloured graphics and thin lettering; a bright test bench alone does not establish a readable raised sign.
Choose the light source for the display
- DC24V linkable edge-lit bars: 212mm/9W, 319mm/14W or 480mm/20W for modular lightbox builds.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 20W DC24V rigid lightbox bar: 470mm, 2200lm ±10%, for tested indoor SEG and illuminated-sign layouts.
- 7W DC24V compact lightbox bar: 200mm, 770lm, 200×23×16mm body for short frame sections. Check the Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. connector family, mating pinout and fit before replacement.
Will internal LED bars reproduce the hall’s coloured lighting?
These bars illuminate the lightbox face. They are not the surrounding architectural lighting or its controller. Choose the exact fixed-CCT version or the dual-CCT pair and compatible separate control. Ambient colour can alter the apparent graphic colour; test the complete sign in that setting.
Does a higher sign always need higher-output LED bars?
Viewing height does not determine the cabinet layout. Check usable internal space, face material, source-to-face distance and the candidate’s beam. More lumens alone do not establish logo contrast or uniformity. Approve an illuminated sample at the real viewing angle.
What information helps select logo-lightbox components?
Send the illuminated opening, cabinet depth, face sample, mounting-space drawing and intended viewing position. Include candidate bar links, chosen CCT, trial quantity and driver information. Keep component selection separate from the stand’s structural and rigging approval.

LED Modules illuminate a printed face inside a lightbox; they are not complete signs. Confirm connector polarity, driver capacity, thermal conditions and connection limits. Check the selected bar length and product pack quantity. Do not assume outdoor or moisture suitability from a retrofit application.
