NIZE Demo Days LED Modules for Printed Lightbox Trials

Planning a printed lightbox sample around NIZE’s Test before you invest demos? Compare internal LED modules with your own artwork and material. NIZE also describes Day & Night methods in its academy programme; confirm the scope of your demo directly with NIZE.

Compare the print with the light on and off

Keep the artwork, ink layers, substrate, frame depth and LED positions fixed while comparing light sources. View the finished face with backlighting on and off under the intended ambient light. Record the model, CCT and layout with the approved sample; a printer demo alone does not approve the complete lightbox.

Choose the light source for the display

Can LED bars alone create a Day & Night graphic?

No. The printed layers and material control how the graphic appears in each condition. LED modules provide the internal light source. Agree the printing method with your print provider and test the assembled face; changing wattage alone cannot produce two different images.

Should I choose a 200mm or 470mm LED bar for my trial?

Measure the usable internal mounting run, including connector and cable clearance. Compare the 200mm 7W compact bar with the 470mm 12W/18W MODULAP or 20W rigid formats. Test the selected optics at the actual frame depth; length alone does not establish uniformity.

What information helps size the DC24V driver?

Specify the exact bar model, quantity, total rated watts, wiring layout and required driver headroom. These featured bars need a separate compatible constant-voltage supply. Send the approved sample layout and destination for a model-specific quotation; printer or RIP compatibility is not implied.

Before ordering

LED Modules illuminate a printed face inside a lightbox; they are not complete signs. Confirm connector polarity, driver capacity, thermal conditions and connection limits. Check the selected bar length and product pack quantity. Do not assume outdoor or moisture suitability from a retrofit application.

Send cabinet photos, internal dimensions, frame drawings, the existing driver specification and proposed product links through our contact page to discuss a trial selection.
