ATP Color Open House LED Modules for Printed Fabric Trials

ATP Color Open House has featured printed lightbox textiles, as documented by participating supplier TTS. For print shops and lightbox fabricators evaluating these applications, this collection helps select internal LED bars for a finished-fabric trial rather than judge the print only on a roll.

Test the finished textile in the intended frame

Use the production printing and finishing process, then cut and tension the graphic in the actual frame. Record usable depth, bar spacing and CCT. Compare samples with the same light source before changing LED models, so printing or fabric differences are not confused with lighting changes. Obtain approval on the assembled illuminated face.

Choose the light source for the display

Why does fabric look different after it is stretched in a lightbox?

Material, printing, finishing and tension can affect the viewed result. Compare the finished sample with the approved reference under the same light and frame geometry. Investigate folds, seams, ink coverage and bar positions before simply increasing wattage.

Which LED bars should I compare for a fabric trial?

The 470mm MODULAP 12W/18W and 20W rigid bars offer different formats to assess; 212mm/319mm/480mm linkable bars support other internal runs, and the 200mm 7W bar suits a short test section after fit checks. A textile demonstration does not certify any LED bar or frame combination.

Does one pack include the driver and a complete lightbox?

No. The featured MODULAP 12W/18W, rigid 20W and compact 7W models have 10-, 50- or 100-bar pack options. Verify the selected pack and required bar count; choose the external DC24V driver separately. Send fabric details, frame drawing and quantities for a trial quotation.

Before ordering

LED Modules illuminate a printed face inside a lightbox; they are not complete signs. Confirm connector polarity, driver capacity, thermal conditions and connection limits. Check the selected bar length and product pack quantity. Do not assume outdoor or moisture suitability from a retrofit application.

Send cabinet photos, internal dimensions, frame drawings, the existing driver specification and proposed product links through our contact page to discuss a trial selection.
