12W/18W LED Module for MODULAP Fabric Lightboxes

A plug-in DC24V edge-lighting module for compatible MODULAP and SEG fabric lightbox frames. The 9° × 50° asymmetric lens directs light from the frame edge toward the center of the textile graphic.

Brightness and uniformity depend on frame depth, textile graphic, reflective surfaces, module spacing, driver loading and whether modules are installed on opposing or multiple edges. Test a sample layout before production.

Check fit before ordering

Confirm the frame profile, available mounting width and 470mm module length.
The 16mm dimension is the overall module height including the lens, not the aluminum thickness.
Confirm that the locking connector, cable direction and 3–6.5cm inter-module cable suit the layout.
Choose one wattage and one CCT for the same lightbox to help reduce visible variation.
Send the frame drawing, internal depth, graphic size and planned module positions when requesting layout support.

Electrical and installation plan

Test the lightbox depth, fabric and module spacing with a sample layout.
Calculate total load from the selected wattage and module count.
Select a DC24V constant-voltage driver with appropriate capacity for the load, wiring, connectors and voltage drop.
Verify polarity and all connections before power-up; disconnect power before installation or service.
Do not exceed the tested driver, cable or connector limits.

Is a driver included?
No. Select a compatible DC24V constant-voltage driver for the total load.

How many modules are required?
There is no reliable count based only on edge length. Frame depth, fabric, spacing, reflective surfaces and target brightness must be considered.

Can the modules dim from 0 to 100%?
No. Brightness reduces to approximately 50%; below that point the module switches off.
