Match the module to the actual frame profile
Start with the profile drawing and system generation, not the system name alone. Compare clear mounting length, overall lens height, screw positions, cable exit and mating connector. A short 157mm module, a 360mm FOGA-type bar and a 470mm MODULAP module offer different fitting options; they are not universal replacements for one another.
Keep a checked configuration with each display kit
Approve one assembled frame with the intended textile graphic. Record bar model, wattage, fixed color-temperature option, spacing and connector photos for the kit. Check access for replacement after the graphic is installed. Choose the production quantity from the tested layout and keep those details with the kit for repeat assembly.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 6W MODULAP side-lit module: 157×24×16mm, DC24V, 660lm, 9°×50° lens and 2-pin connection. Check the specific frame generation and mounting space.
- FOGA SYSTEM-type 10W edge-lit bar: 360mm, DC24V, 1100lm, standard 20°×60° lens and Molex 5557-form plug. Verify mating pinout and mounting; external driver is required separately.
- 12W/18W MODULAP edge-lit module: 470×23×16mm, DC24V and 9°×50° lens. Select the wattage and fixed CCT; check the 2-pin connection and 3–6.5cm inter-module cable.
Can the 12W/18W MODULAP module dim smoothly to zero?
No. Its published control reduces brightness to approximately 50%; below that point it switches off. Confirm that behavior suits the display. Do not assume that another DC24V bar, connector or controller provides the same control function.

These are internal edge-lighting components, not complete frame systems. Check DC24V driver capacity, connector pinout, polarity and each model's connection limits. The FOGA-type and 12W/18W MODULAP listings exclude the driver. Verify mounting hardware and selected pack contents on the product page before ordering.
