3.5W, 7W and 21W Edge-Lit LED Modules for Light Boxes

This DC24V edge-lit LED module family uses the same 10° × 60° side-lighting platform in three lengths. Mount the rigid bar along the inside edge of a compatible SEG fabric light box, illuminated sign or display frame and direct the beam across the graphic.

These products share the same use; length, power and LED count let the installer cover different frame sections. Final quantity and spacing depend on frame depth, reflective surfaces, graphic transmission and required brightness.

What's Included (per light bar)

The selected option contains 10, 50 or 100 modules of one wattage/length and one fixed color-temperature range. A DC24V driver is not included. Confirm required connectors, wiring and mounting hardware for the project.

Layout and Electrical Planning

  1. Measure the clear mounting length and depth inside the frame.
  2. Select 170mm, 370mm or 965mm modules to fit the actual frame sections; different lengths may be used only after confirming electrical and connector compatibility.
  3. Test spacing and one-side or opposing-side placement with the final graphic material.
  4. Calculate the total load from the selected wattage and quantity, then size the driver, wiring and feed points with suitable reserve capacity.
  5. Verify connector pinout, polarity, mounting method and ventilation before installation.
