For made-to-order or backordered items, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability, production timing and an item-specific estimate.

How we calculate the estimate

The clock starts on the next business day after payment and order details are confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch location and destination. If an order contains items with different lead times, use the longest estimated window unless we confirm separate shipments.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, holidays, and changes in stock or production can extend delivery.

Worldwide shipping, at no extra shipping cost

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping is free, and we cover applicable import duties, taxes, and customs handling charges for destinations we can serve. The amount confirmed at checkout or in a written quote before payment is the total you pay us for the order.

If your country or region is not available in the checkout selector, contact us before ordering. We will confirm service availability and arrange an all-inclusive order where delivery is possible.

Ordering for a fixed event

For a trade show or another date-sensitive event, please email info@boothlights.com before ordering. Include the product, quantity, delivery country and postal code, and required arrival date so we can check the route and confirm an estimate.

Tracking and support
