Aluminum Profile Edge-Lit LED Modules for Lightbox Frames

These DC24V aluminum profile LED lightbox modules mount along the inside edge of a lightbox frame and direct light inward across the graphic. They are designed for frame-integrated perimeter lighting in SEG fabric lightboxes, exhibition displays, retail signs and custom illuminated frames, rather than rear-mounted backlight panels.

  • Five length/output options: 574mm/22W, 729mm/25W, 812mm/25W, 876mm/32W and 964mm/32W
  • Color temperatures: 3200K, 4500K or 6500K
  • Pack sizes: 10 or 40 modules
  • Optics: 14° × 47° asymmetric beam
  • Power: external DC24V driver required; not included

Why Use an Aluminum Profile Module?

  • Frame-integrated format: the 40.7mm × 17mm aluminum housing aligns with compatible lightbox-frame channels for a clean installation.
  • Protected light source: the housing adds mechanical protection compared with an exposed rigid PCB and provides a larger surface for heat transfer.
  • Controlled side lighting: the 14° × 47° lens directs light from the perimeter toward the display area. Final spacing and orientation depend on frame depth, graphic material and required brightness.
  • Project choice: 3200K provides warmer light, 4500K is a neutral option and 6500K produces a cooler appearance.

  • Calculate the total connected wattage from the selected module and quantity, then size the DC24V driver with suitable reserve capacity.
  • Test the intended spacing with the actual frame depth and graphic material before production. Illumination results vary by layout and material transmission.
  • The selected pack contains the chosen quantity of LED modules. Confirm any required drivers, connectors and mounting hardware separately.
