Flexible LED Stone Backlight Panel – 480×240mm, 24W/48W
Flexible DC24V LED backlight panel for translucent stone, onyx, alabaster, thin marble, display counters and illuminated material samples. The 480 x 240mm sheet is available as a 24W fixed-white panel or a 48W tunable-white panel. Choose the configuration by stone translucency, installation depth and whether the project needs adjustable color temperature.
Choose the correct panel first
| Color option | Type | Power | LED count | Control |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3000K | Fixed warm white | 24W | 288 | DC24V driver |
| 4500K | Fixed neutral white | 24W | 288 | DC24V driver |
| 6500K | Fixed cool white | 24W | 288 | DC24V driver |
| 3000K + 6500K | Tunable white | 48W | 576 | DC24V driver plus compatible CCT controller |
The fixed-white panels do not support CCT tuning. The dual-channel 3000K + 6500K panel needs a compatible controller to adjust between warm and cool white.
Choose the accessory bundle
- Panel Only: for installers who already have compatible DC24V power and, for tunable white, a compatible CCT controller.
- Panel + Driver: provides power for the selected panel. A tunable-white panel still needs a separate compatible controller.
- Panel + Driver + Controller: the complete control bundle offered for the 3000K + 6500K tunable-white panel.
Check the selected variant before purchase. Single-color controller bundles shown as unavailable are not supported ordering configurations.
Worldwide delivered price: the price shown includes free worldwide delivery and import duties. No separate shipping or customs charge is added for this product.
Where flexible stone backlighting is used
- Stone showrooms and sample walls: reveal veining and translucency in compatible onyx, alabaster and thin-cut stone.
- Retail counters and feature displays: create illuminated surfaces for jewelry, cosmetics, hospitality and premium products.
- Interior design and architectural samples: prototype backlit decorative panels before a larger installation.
- Trade show material displays: illuminate portable stone and surface samples inside compatible structures.
- Custom signage and display cabinets: fit cuttable light sheets behind compatible translucent materials.

Test the stone and installation depth
No panel can guarantee the same brightness or uniformity through every stone. Results depend on material thickness, translucency, color, veining, distance from the LEDs, reflective backing and panel spacing. Test a sample of the actual stone before committing to a production layout.
- Measure the illuminated area and available cavity depth.
- Test the actual stone sample over one panel at the planned distance.
- Check for visible LED points, dark zones and unwanted color shift.
- Confirm heat dissipation, suitable screw locations and service access.
- Size the DC24V driver, cable and controller for the complete connected load with suitable design margin.
Cutting and installation
Cut only along the marked 20 x 20mm cell grid. Reusing a separated section requires a compatible electrical connection and insulation method. The flexible sheet must remain within its stated bend limits; do not crease the panel or stress LED cells, conductors and connectors. Use suitable screw mounting points and keep fasteners clear of LED cells, conductors and connectors.
Frequently asked questions
Which stones work best?
Translucent materials such as onyx and alabaster are common candidates, but each slab is different. Thick, dark or opaque stone can reduce light transmission substantially. Always test the actual sample.
Can I place the LED sheet directly behind the stone?
The required distance depends on the material and whether individual LED points remain visible. Build and inspect a sample at the planned cavity depth before installation.
Can the panel be cut to size?
Yes, only along the marked 20 x 20mm grid. Electrical reconnection and insulation of separated sections must be handled correctly.
How many panels and drivers do I need?
Quantity depends on the illuminated dimensions and test layout. Driver count depends on panel type, total wattage, wiring, controller rating and design margin. Send the stone dimensions, thickness, photos, translucency and control requirement for project guidance.
Does a fixed-white panel need a controller?
No. A compatible DC24V driver is required, but CCT control applies only to the dual-channel 3000K + 6500K panel.
