Building an independent World of Concrete booth with printed lightboxes beside an L-shaped return wall? Compare all 26 LED Modules products for the internal light source. This selection helps exhibit builders evaluate the installed corner rather than approve a lightbox tested alone on a workbench.
Include the return wall in the lightbox sample
Record the angle, position and finish of the adjacent return wall alongside the lightbox section and printed artwork. Fit a representative return-wall sample when testing the proposed LED layout. Check whether reflections from that surface alter the perceived brightness near the graphic's edge. Keep the print, LED setting and viewing position unchanged when comparing finishes, so a different reflection is not mistaken for a change in module output.
Separate reflected spill from a shadow inside the box
Compare the illuminated print with the intended return surface and with a matte sample at the same position. Keep samples outside the lightbox and clear of openings. If the edge appearance changes with the external finish, record that effect separately from shadows caused by internal supports or cables. Check each lightbox on either side of a centre closet in its actual corner arrangement. Retain the accepted return finish and source layout together; changing the booth wall may require another trial without changing the LED model.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does a brighter module correct every corner-display problem?
No. Reflected spill, obstructed viewing and internal shadows have different causes. These products are internal graphic-lightbox sources, not lights for construction work areas or complete dividing walls. Check frame fit, electrical requirements and the finished display independently.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the lightbox section, return-wall plan and finish, graphic sample and viewing position to discuss components for a representative corner-display trial.
