Which LEDs suit my printed sign cabinet face?
Compare edge-lit and rear-backlight layouts with the finished print, front material and usable depth. Check colours, white areas and dark artwork with the LEDs on, rather than selecting by an unlit print alone.
Can a training layout be copied to a larger lightbox?
Do not scale by LED count alone. A larger face or different depth changes source spacing and illumination. Build a representative sample and calculate the selected model’s load for your own cabinet.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
What print and frame details are needed before ordering?
Send the finished print sample, face dimensions and material, frame sections, mounting space and supply specifications. Our internal LEDs are separate component options; they are not a course-approved kit or a complete cabinet.
Before ordering
For the three featured bars: Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
