Separate installed bar count from the selling unit
Record how many bars the documented layout uses and what the chosen variant includes. Check whether its selling unit is one bar, a pack or another defined set. Keep driver and accessory requirements separate; the product grid item count is not the number of bars delivered.
Reconcile the order against the selected variant
State the required bar count, confirmed bars per selling unit and number of selling units ordered. Record any excess separately for samples or replacements. Check the variant again before checkout; changing the model or pack option can change the order calculation.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does an order quantity of one always mean one LED bar?
No. It means one of the selected selling units. Confirm the chosen variant’s contents and quantity with the supplier before ordering; do not infer them from a photograph or from another model’s pack size.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
