Plan booth lighting for IMEX Frankfurt exhibitors. This collection is selected for destinations, convention bureaus, hotels, venues, event agencies, event-technology providers and incentive-travel suppliers whose stands must support frequent buyer meetings while keeping brand graphics, maps and offers visible.
Choose your IMEX booth light
| Stand requirement | Recommended light | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Standard appointment booth, graphic wall or reception counter | 25W LED booth light, 3250lm | Long linear head and broad 120° beam cover wide destination graphics without relying on a narrow spotlight. |
| Changing campaigns, destination imagery or brand palettes | 25W Tri-CCT booth light | Switchable warm, neutral and cool light helps teams test the mood without replacing fixtures. |
| Tall pavilion wall, large island or strong hall lighting | 50W linkable booth light, 5500lm | Higher output supports greater mounting height and visually dominant displays. |
| Black, white, silver or mixed stand structure | Housing and mounting options | Select a compatible clamp or bracket and a finish that blends into the stand. |
Lighting problems for meeting-focused stands
- Graphics must work from the aisle: broad lighting helps buyers identify a destination, venue or service before entering the stand.
- Meeting tables should feel comfortable: adjustable arms let installers illuminate the display wall while reducing direct glare toward seated buyers.
- Maps, brochures and offer details must remain readable: CRI 90+ and adequate output support clear print and brand-color presentation.
- Screens and glossy graphics reflect: adjustable aiming moves bright reflections away from displays, laminated panels and visitor sightlines.
- Campaigns and booths change: Tri-CCT, linkable models, plug choices and flexible mounting hardware support compatible reusable systems.
25W or 50W for IMEX Frankfurt?
Start with 25W for most appointment-led stands. The 3250lm model is the priority for approximately 3 m destination walls, reception areas and meeting booths. Tri-CCT is useful when the same kit must suit different imagery or hospitality moods.
Use 50W selectively for tall national or regional pavilions, large island stands, dark structures or positions where strong ambient light reduces contrast. More wattage is not automatically better around meeting tables; check mounting height, aiming, spacing and seated sightlines.
Before ordering
- Measure the graphic wall and record mounting height and meeting-table positions.
- Photograph or identify the stand profile so clamp or bracket compatibility can be checked.
- Mark screens, glossy graphics and seated eye lines that need glare control.
- Select the correct plug and confirm Messe Frankfurt electrical rules with the stand contractor.
- For linkable layouts, design for up to 10 compatible units per run, then reduce the practical quantity according to cable length, load, installation and venue requirements.
