Separate frame-only and complete-kit offers
Ask whether the quote covers an empty frame, a frame with a face, or an illuminated assembly. List the LED models and quantities, drivers, connectors, controls, mounting parts and printed face separately. Mark every item as included, separately sourced or still unconfirmed; a kit name alone does not establish its contents.
Assign responsibility before separate orders are approved
Name who supplies and checks the frame, lighting, wiring and graphic. Resolve missing or duplicated items with the relevant suppliers before approval. Have qualified personnel review electrical integration and assess the complete indoor sample. Parts bought separately do not automatically form an approved or compatible lightbox system.

Does purchasing the frame mean its LED lighting and power are included?
