Building an independent Fleet & Mobility Live stand with a printed lightbox and concealed wiring? Compare all 26 LED Modules products for the internal source. Include access to the actual connectors in the test build before fitting the final graphic.
Check the hidden cable route with the graphic fitted
Mark the intended cable route, connectors and driver position on the frame drawing. During the trial build, conceal the cables as planned and fit the representative print. Check how a connector can be reached without pulling against the graphic or trapping the cable behind a joint. Do not force a connector through a gap merely to keep the wiring invisible.
Preserve the approved access route during final assembly
Record the agreed access points and the order for removing the graphic or cover during service. At venue assembly, confirm that cable concealment follows the tested route and that joints do not pinch the wiring. If the frame or cable path changes, repeat the access check before closing the face. A neat front view does not prove a serviceable internal connection.
Compare LED lightbox sources
- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Are these vehicle lamps or finished fleet-display wiring kits?
No. They are internal sources for independently designed printed lightboxes, not vehicle lamps or complete wiring kits. Review each product's voltage, connector, mounting and driver requirements; the event name does not establish suitability for fleet equipment.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
Send the lightbox section, cable-route drawing, connector positions and proposed service sequence to discuss component options for a trial build.
