Label the print process used for the comparison sample
Record the media reference, print job and relevant print-mode or layer arrangement with the sample. Where the process prints on both sides, identify the sides and check their alignment as required by the printer and media instructions. Keep this print record separate from the LED bar and supply specifications.
Resolve print alignment before judging the LED arrangement
If the graphic shows misaligned outlines or doubled details, check the print registration first. Then assess the accepted graphic in a representative lightbox with the proposed LED layout.
