Plan booth lighting for exhibitors at The Bright World of Metals, including GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST. This collection is selected for foundry, metallurgy, steel, thermal-process, casting, furnace, machinery, materials and industrial-service exhibitors who need heavy equipment, metal samples and technical process graphics to remain visible inside large, often dark stands.
Choose lighting for your metals-industry booth
| Display requirement | Recommended light | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Standard booth, sample wall, reception or technical graphic | 25W LED booth light, 3250lm | Long head and broad 120° beam cover wide graphics, counters and multiple samples. |
| Different alloys, surface finishes, refractory samples and brand materials | 25W Tri-CCT booth light | Switchable color temperature helps compare dark, oxidized, polished and light-colored surfaces. |
| Tall backwall, large machine, furnace display, dark island or strong hall light | 50W linkable booth light, 5500lm | Higher output supports greater mounting height and large industrial presentation zones. |
| Temporary frame, pipe, profile or approved overhead point | Compatible clamp or bracket | Flexible mounting positions light without drilling finished structures. |
Metals exhibition pain points
- Dark machinery and oxidized samples lose detail: broad angled light reveals edges, controls and textures.
- Polished metal creates glare: adjustable arms move hotspots away from visitors, cameras and screens.
- Large machines sit beside small samples: separate lighting zones keep both readable without flooding the whole stand.
- Process graphics carry complex sales information: even coverage helps visitors scan production stages, efficiency data and applications.
- Safety and heat demonstrations need separation: keep lights, arms and cables outside hot, moving, guarded or restricted zones.
25W or 50W?
Start with 25W for standard stands. The 3250lm model is the priority for approximately 3 m graphics, sample walls, counters and meeting areas. Choose Tri-CCT when one kit must suit different alloys, coatings and brand materials.
Use 50W selectively for tall walls, large machinery, furnace-scale displays, dark structures or strong ambient lighting. More output is not automatically better on polished metal; confirm height, spacing, direction, reflections and safety boundaries.
Before ordering
- Measure graphics, machinery, sample areas and mounting height.
- Photograph or identify the stand profile so clamp or bracket compatibility can be checked.
- Mark polished metal, screens, cameras, moving equipment, hot zones and audience sightlines.
- Select the correct EU plug and confirm Messe Düsseldorf and stand-contractor electrical and safety rules.
- For linkable layouts, design for up to 10 compatible units per run, then reduce the practical quantity according to cable length, load, installation and venue requirements.
