Record the optical surface without altering the component
Photograph the lens-equipped bar and identify visible marks, residue or damage. Record the model and location of each observation. Do not dismantle the LED component or infer the condition of every bar from a single photograph.
Keep cleaning questions separate from lighting conclusions
Ask the supplier to confirm the cleaning method for the exact model before using solvents, abrasives or coatings. Record any agreed handling and repeat the complete lightbox sample review afterwards. Surface observations alone do not establish why an illuminated face looks uneven.

Does a visible mark on an LED lens explain every dark area on a lightbox?
No. Document the mark and the assembled-lightbox observation separately. The face, layout and surrounding parts also require review. Ask for model-specific assessment rather than assuming a cleaning method, a fault diagnosis or an automatic replacement.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
