Document what travels installed and what travels separately
List bars, leads, connectors and loose mounting parts. Identify lenses or connections that could contact other components in the package. Ask the frame and packing suppliers to confirm support and separation; do not assume the graphic protects the LEDs.
Review the pack with the actual component arrangement
Record the selected LED model, packed arrangement and unpacking sequence. Keep loose hardware separated from optical surfaces and avoid using leads as carrying points. Have the complete packing arrangement assessed for the intended handling; a neat layout is not a transport test or damage guarantee.

- 20W rigid edge-lit bar: 470×24×16mm including lens, DC24V, 2200lm ±10% and 10°×40° optics.
- 12W dual-CCT rear-backlight bar: DC24V, 1320lm, 180° beam and 3-wire JST; select the CCT pair and separate control.
- 10W slim edge-lit bar: 360×23×16mm including lens, DC24V, 1100lm and 9°×50° optics.
Does fitting an LED bar inside a portable frame verify protection during transport?
No. Installed fit and packing protection are separate checks. Confirm how the actual frame supports components during handling, then inspect the unpacked assembly before qualified personnel carry out electrical checks.
Before ordering
Verify DC24V, total load, pinout and polarity; external power is separate. The dual-CCT bar also requires a compatible 3-wire switch or controller, not included. The featured slim 10W bar permits at most 6 per run after wiring checks; do not apply that limit to other models.
