Production-ready 10W edge-lit LED bar

This 10W Edge-Lit LED Bar for Light Boxes mounts along the inside perimeter of an aluminum or SEG light box frame and projects light across the graphic. The 360mm rigid bar delivers 1000lm through a 15°×45° optical lens and uses a Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. connector.

Installation Notes

Maximum daisy-chain: 5 bars per run. Connecting more than 5 bars in series is not recommended — voltage drop may cause uneven brightness. For longer installations, use a separate power feed for each group of up to 5 bars.
Mount along the inside perimeter of the aluminum light box frame, directing the beam across the graphic surface.
Recommended power supply: 60W or larger for a 5-bar configuration (5 × 10W = 50W load; 60W+ provides recommended headroom for stable long-term operation).
Standard connector: Molex 5557 / Mini-Fit Jr. — compatible with standard exhibit and display wiring harnesses.
Mounting hardware (screws) included with each bar.
Ensure adequate ventilation around the bar for optimal thermal performance and lifespan.
