Our Recommended Trade Show Lighting Solutions

Best Seller: 25W Tri-CCT LED Booth Arm Light

A practical primary light for standard trade show booths. The built-in switch selects 3000K, 4500K, or 6000K, so the same fixture can adapt to different graphics, products, and venues. CRI90+ output, clamp mounting, adjustable head, and US/EU/UK/AU plug options make it a strong choice for reusable exhibit programs.

  • Use it for: 10×10 and 10×20 booths, pop-up displays, graphic panels, and portable exhibits
  • Ordering: One complete fixture with clamp and power cord per quantity
  • Why buyers choose it: Proven seller, flexible color temperature, straightforward installation

Flagship: 50W Tri-CCT Linkable Booth Arm Light

Designed for large graphics, high ambient light, island booths, and display areas that need more output. Each 50W fixture delivers 5500lm and switches between 3000K, 4500K, and 6500K. Gray and Black housings are available with US, EU, UK, and AU plugs.

  • Use it for: Large-format backwalls, high exhibition structures, 20×20 booths, and bright convention halls
  • Linkable installation: For reliable operation, we recommend connecting no more than 10 fixtures in one run
  • Why buyers choose it: High output, three selectable color temperatures, fewer separate power connections

Best-Selling Lightbox Option: 12W/18W Edge-Lit LED Modules

These DC24V modules install along the edges of SEG fabric lightboxes and MODULAP frames. Opposing edge light is directed across the graphic for even illumination. Select 12W or 18W, the required color-temperature range, and a 10-pack, 50-pack, or 100-pack.

  • Use it for: Edge-Lit SEG lightboxes, fabric exhibition walls, and aluminum display frames
  • Important: The displayed price is for the selected pack; a compatible DC24V driver is required and is not included
  • Need rear illumination? Choose a dedicated Backlit LED Module instead

Lighting Recommendations by Booth Size

10×10 Inline Booth

Start with 2 × 25W lights. Add a third fixture when the booth has several separate graphics or product zones.

10×20 Booth

Start with 4 × 25W lights. Use 4–6 fixtures depending on graphic width, display height, and the number of zones.

20×20 or Large Island

Use 25W fixtures for individual zones or 50W fixtures for large graphics and long throw distances. Send us the booth layout before ordering.

These quantities are starting points, not electrical plans. Final quantity depends on booth height, graphic width, ambient hall lighting, beam angle, mounting position, and venue power rules.

Edge-Lit vs Backlit Lightbox Modules

Choose Edge-Lit when:

  • The LED bars mount along the inside edges of the frame
  • The light must travel across the face of the SEG graphic
  • The lightbox uses opposing top/bottom or four-edge illumination

Choose Backlit when:

  • The modules mount behind the fabric or graphic
  • The LEDs face forward toward the display surface
  • The frame depth and module spacing are designed for rear illumination

Frequently Asked Questions

Which light is best for a standard 10×10 trade show booth?

For most standard 10×10 exhibits, start with two 25W Tri-CCT LED arm lights. Add a third fixture for wider graphics, multiple product zones, or higher mounting positions.

When should I choose the 50W booth light?

Choose the 50W model for large-format graphics, high ambient hall lighting, taller structures, or when you need more output from fewer fixtures.

Can one fixture provide different color temperatures?

Yes. The 25W and 50W Tri-CCT models use a built-in switch. The 25W model selects 3000K, 4500K, or 6000K; the 50W model selects 3000K, 4500K, or 6500K.

Are Edge-Lit and Backlit LED modules interchangeable?

No. Edge-Lit modules direct light across the graphic from the frame edges. Backlit modules face the graphic from behind. Select the system that matches the lightbox construction.
