TST Expo LED Modules for Lightbox Mounting Rails

Compare LED lightbox bars for an independent sign-cabinet build following TST Expo research. Separate the mounting rail from the light source when selecting parts; a rail demonstration is not a specification for a compatible LED bar.

Record the rail and LED bar separately

Measure the usable rail space, fixing locations, lens direction and cable clearance. Keep the rail length and each complete LED bar length as separate entries on the cabinet drawing. Test the assembled face before approving a production quantity.

Choose the light source for the display

Can I cut a rigid LED bar to match a mounting rail?

Do not transfer a rail’s cut-to-length feature to its LEDs. These selected bars have stated complete lengths. Choose a bar that fits the measured space; do not cut its circuit, lens or connector without explicit instructions for that exact product.

Does a rail that accepts one sign module accept every LED bar?

No universal fit is established. Check the fixing method, body dimensions, pinout and cable exits of the exact bar. A shared supply voltage does not prove mechanical, optical or connector compatibility.

What should I send for a lightbox component quotation?

Send the cabinet section, rail drawing, usable mounting lengths, sign-face sample and proposed bar links. List rails, LED bars, pack quantities, drivers and harnesses separately. Confirm which parts you already own before requesting a trial.

Before ordering

LED Modules illuminate a printed face inside a lightbox; they are not complete signs. Confirm connector polarity, driver capacity, thermal conditions and connection limits. Check the selected bar length and product pack quantity. Do not assume outdoor or moisture suitability from a retrofit application.

Send cabinet photos, internal dimensions, frame drawings, the existing driver specification and proposed product links through our contact page to discuss a trial selection.
